Welcome to DongoPet. By using our app, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. About DongoPet

DongoPet is a pet-care app that helps you:

  • Create and manage your pet’s profile

  • Store important details

  • Create and share an Emergency Pet Card

  • Set reminders for vaccines, grooming, and medications

  • Customize your pet’s profile appearance

DongoPet is an informational tool only. It does not replace veterinary care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

If under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use the app legally

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or try to reverse engineer the app

  • Be responsible for any content you add or share

You are responsible for the decisions you make regarding your pet’s care.

4. Health Disclaimer

DongoPet does not provide medical or veterinary advice.

Always contact a licensed veterinarian for emergencies or health concerns.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a premium subscription, processed only through Apple.

You understand that:

  • Payment is handled by Apple

  • Subscriptions renew automatically

  • You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings

  • Refunds follow Apple’s policies, not ours

DongoPet does not store payment information.

6. User Content

You may upload pet information, notes, and photos.

You retain ownership of your content.

You give DongoPet permission to store and display your content only so the app can function.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Post harmful, illegal, or offensive content

  • Try to hack, disrupt, or copy the app

  • Use DongoPet for commercial purposes

  • Upload content that you do not own

8. Privacy

Your use of DongoPet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. App Availability & Updates

We may update the app, fix bugs, change features, or improve performance at any time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Device issues

  • Connectivity problems

  • Data loss caused by your device

  • Downtime or interruptions

10. Intellectual Property

The DongoPet app, design, content, and brand belong to Lavoro Group LLC.

You may not copy, sell, or distribute any part of the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

DongoPet is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

  • Pet health decisions

  • Loss of data

  • App errors or interruptions

  • Incorrect information entered by users

You use the app at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these terms.

You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

The new Effective Date will be posted at the top.
